Prop kills are reduced, because pros insta-killing noobs isn't the way it's supposed to go. It gives new-comers more chance to live :/.

No. Even when there are admins on ZS. Its a massive chaos to oversee. Imagine what happens on a 30+ player server with Gmod's exploitable engine without admins? Not good. Fine -.-
