Just tested it out, logged several times with no effect. Hearts ranged from near full to 1.5. All unarmed combat with randoms. Not sure if anyone else has had any success?

The anti-xray plug in was trialed before apparently but practically melted the server. I told Corby to suggest FoundDiamonds ages ago, but I think it was ruled against. Nether claiming is a toughie. People abuse it. If it were up to me, I'd make a nether portal at spawn when the world was created, and then safe zone the other side of it. If I were to enable nether claiming. I'd say no more than 2 land, connected. Purely for use of a wart farm. Anything else is just asking for problems.

Gunman Chronicles maybe? I was a sort of Half-Life western in space. That's the one, thanks!

I'd say that 99/100 people are not unintentionally disconnected within 10 seconds of combat....

I've only got up to season three of breaking bad. But I find it brilliant. After reading what it was about I was unsure, but it's something different in a wonderful way. I'm only on season 3 of Dexter, but I can see how it will soon go stale. 7 seasons is a lot even for non-continual narratives like Family Guy. The walking dead is something I need to check out, a lot of my friends rave about it, and I usually love zombie related stuff.

Mass Effect 2 is probably the best game I've played on the 360. I mean, you get to head butt a Krogan, what's not to like?

God Tier: Chuck, Dexter, Farscape, South Park, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Lost, My Name Is Earl, Blue Planet, Roswell, Family Guy, Band of Brothers, IT Crowd Awesome Tier: 24, Prison Break, Scrubs, Breaking Bad, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Inbetweeners, Mythbusters, Death Note, Idiot Abroad, ER, Top Gear Good Tier: Futurama, Simpsons, American Dad Heroes, Arrested Development, Gossip Girl, Robot Chicken, Panorama, Okay Tier: Friends, Big Bang Theory, 90210, Modern Family, Extreme Makeover, Shit Tier: How I met your mother, Two and a half men, Happy Couples, Hollyoaks (Used to be good maybe 5-6 years ago) Neighbours Home and Away Corronation Street East Enders Just my two cents, I know a lot of people love HIMYM and 2+1/2 Men (see what I did there?) But I dont understand the appeal. And I hate Charlie Sheen. Chuck and Dexter really are brilliant shows. Band of Brothers is more of a 11 hour movie, but is one of the best bits of modern media I've seen. Lost isn't brilliant as a whole. But some seasons are amazing and I respect how it progressed and the marketing campaigns it produced (if anyone ever went on the site and stuff they'll understand).

Combat tag is a plug in that kills a player if they log out within 10 seconds of combat. The message given on another server I play is ' [playername] was OWNED by [playername] for combat logging'. Clavus did try to install it on this server, however it gave back an error of some sort.

Red Alert 1 + 2 + Yuri's Revenge (One of my favourite games of all time) Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 + 2 (So many hours spent on them) Doom (BFG) Quake I/II (Used to play with my father, 'go for go' - whenever one of us died we'd swap.) Deus Ex 1 + 2 (2 was my favourite, new one's shit!) Phantasmagoria (point and click kinda game. Some messed up stuff, I was real young so I don't think I understood it properly) Abe's Odyssey (Amazing game, can't wait for the re-release) Age of Empires (Shelby GT) Half Life (all of them, first load were amazing.) Devastation (Newer than others, but still a good game from memory) Rainbow Six (The older ones. Amazing stuff, tango down) GTA I, II, III, Vice City. (Didnt like san andreas, spent the most time on Vice City) Driver II (Never actually played the game properly, just drove round having fun) Shrine Of Daikatana (I remember writing a story on it in year 4) Golden Eye (N64 ftw) Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Snap, Stadium (Probably spent a year of my life on these in total. I remember saving up money for a nintendo 64, then I went into a local game shop and seeing an import version of Pokemon Silver. It was a long time until the UK release and I spent my £40 savings (like 10000 in those kiddy days) on it. Pokemon snap I got for christmas, and by 6pm christmas day I had completed it.) Donkey Kong Perfect Dark (One of my favourite shooters. I loved putting on the paintball and slowmotion death mode and messing around) NFS Underground 2 (I remember getting this, playing it for six hours but then my memory card broke. I asked my mum to pick one up in town which she did. But unfortunately I had to restart the console to let it register the new memory card. I lost all my data and had to start again.) Halo I, II, (II was the first online game I played. Good times on the original xbox.) Unreal Tournament (Second online game I played on xbox, got me hooked) Star Wars Episode One, KOTOR, Call of Duty I + II (Used to sit around a friends house playing four way split screen. Throwing as many smoke grenades as possible.) Medal of Honour (Another play through with my dad when he had his back operation he borrowed my psone and played through the entire series in like a week on hard) Delta Force (too young to play it properly, but remember sitting with all my friends on a mission where you have to escort a limousine and just running and jumping off into the sunset) Project IGI 1 + 2 Soldier of Fortune 1 + 2 (first game where you got points for shooting people in the dick IIRC) Sims (spent more time making the houses than playing) Freedom Fighters Ghost Recon (Loved playing the coop missions on hard with friends) Startopia (Great RTS game on PC. I'd still play it now if I could. Check it out!) Apache AH-64 F22 Raptor Earthworm Jim Jazz Jackrabbit Police Quest (great games, a big series. There was a swat one that was particularly good with a radio system called the LASH) Oregon Trail (Can't believe I forgot this! Amazing game) I have no mouth but I must scream Tomb Raider Carmageddon Midtown Madness (You could do this cheat where on touching a computer controlled car it would go into a slide, and I'd go on the freeway and tap loads of cars and cause massive car crashes) Postal 2 (totally messed up but great game. Features terrorists, Gary Coleman and the ability to get your weeny out and wee on people. If they hit you whilst weeing you pee blood.) System Shock Homeworld Commandos Caesar III (Another RTS city game. Gotta be in my top 10. You play a roman governar who builds up a town and you would go to war with neighbouring villages) There's gotta be a load I'm missing out but. Writing all these downs brings back great memories. It's weird that gaming can be such a central part of your childhood. Only included up until xbox/ps2 years because that is what I now consider my youth. Ask me in a few years and no doubt the 360 and Minecraft will be on there! There's a couple of games I can't remember the name to. One was very similar to half life, and had a yellow and black case. It may have been from the creators (not valve, but the individual staff) of Half Life but I cant for the life of me remember. All I know is it had a load of turrets. The second is a real time strategy, similar to Age of Empires, but you control or fight goblins. Any ideas? And another was a very early game where you were stuck in this big house. It was a scary game, and there was a bit where you'd investigate a sarcophagus ( i remember this bit particularly because I couldn't say it properly and my dad was trying to teach me) then there were these scary suited men that were demons or something and fired stuff at you. It was a point and click mixed with action IIRC. Listen to this whilst you browse. Good topic OP. Thanks.

Would love it to go back to 35/40, but it's been requested for a long long time and never happened.

The 'Old Guard' players are no longer playing Minecraft. I'm just interested to see what everyone's thoughts are surrounding the server. It would help to leave a comment if you vote. Some thinking points: Current Set Up Of Plugins, and Potential New Ones. Game Types. Server/Plugin Configuration Connection Stability Community Administration New vs. Old Frustrations Regards, Awesomeo.

Following a large, boredom filled Christmas break, we've gone back to university. For my self, I've had increased workloads coupled with a lot of activity on my stocks which requires me to put in a lot of time when I'm on my computer 8am-430pm. Around that I've got about 6 lab reports and lectures to attend. So MC isn't exactly appealing. When I do get the time and desire to play Minecraft, the server is always 40/40. If I get in, it's laggy. If I play through the lag and attack someone they just log. It is a 0 fun server at the minute. The community has been reduced to shit. No one I like or recognise plays anymore. There are no big, feared factions. Just spring up ones that play and leave. When combat tag is functioning, reserved slots exist and (god forbid) we have some sort of donation system to support a better server. I will play again. Until then, I doubt I'll be on very much at all. Until summer anyway. I get bored as shit with the 5 months off.

I suppose an active admin would require a player with the maturity level to handle such a responsibility. Of which the Minecraft community has approximately... let's see.... 0.

Here's a shoop I did. I'll leave it as a link rather than a jpeg because it has R rated content. Points for guessing what I shooped in. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/48460362/Photos/86514180986997208513.jpg

Tough luck dude. The plug-ins that tell you about block placement/destruction don't work retrospectively. In other words they only record from installation - not investigate into the past. I'm not entirely sure if they record cobble made from lava/water either. It's pretty damn small too, just knock it down. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill:

I raided Kevinlol yesterday, and he was incredibly poor. They had hardly any materials, and only one of his faction was wearing a diamond helmet and diamond shoes. IMO I don't think he has x-ray judging by his base and materials found.
-
Every damn map I say. ARGHH next map I will organise chests properly. Then I go raiding and think, fuck you, future me can sort it out. Never ever happens.
-
When someone leaves the game, it no longer announces such. Before, if you left it would say: "Clavus left the game.' Only joining the game is announced.
-
How come the 'Player left the game' announcement has been taken off?

Good luck man

If you use Skype lots on mac, I could show you this awesome program that lets you stream your computers audio down skype along with your microphone, without people on skype hearing themselves and you can still hear everything as normal haha, was a pain in the arse to set up the first time (It wasnt made to do that). Really handy though, trying to do the same for PC but cant find anything good enough :c Just say if you're interested Anyway.. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADVENTURE! Whatttt? So they can hear my audio but not them selves speaking?

inb4 hurr durr Mac. I'm a student and move around a hell of a lot. And I used to work for Apple so got it at a reasonable price My background changes every ten minutes, but I think I like this one the best. It looks nicer on an external monitor.
