I think reserved slots are only a good idea if you can upgrade the amount of server slots with the donations you recive.
As second I wanne bring up that more than half the community doesn't know how the greencoin system works, since it's not active on the minecraft server. They don't know how to get them AND they probably they don't know where to find the donation instructions on the forums.
I think loads of players are willing to pay for a reserved server slots but I think it would be awesome if you can use their money to upgrade the server so we got more slots so even more people can buy reserved slots.
As far as I see is this a WIN-WIN situation.
Anyway, my point: I think an admin should make a new thread on how to donate here in the minecraft section so everybody knows. AND I think the money from the donations of the mc server should be put into upgrading the MC server instead of other servers where the people who donate never play and don't care about.

Ok, heres a couple suggestions that are quite drastic but I think would benefit the server in a few ways.
1 - Faction Size/Power/Limit
Factions with stupidly high numbers in power and members are pointless to even try and raid making them a super power amongst the server. At no point in a 15 man faction will they ALL be online, allowing them to die just as much as they want without having to worry about land claiming. Another factor that contributes towards this is how high the power per player is now. 10 power per player is too much and makes half of factions un-raidable, this game used to be about raiding and now it doesn't feel this way. 6 is a perfect number imo but 8 is ok but 10 is ridiculous. A final thing to think about is maybe to keep mass factions at a low just limit the max player count for factions? ALL of these changes would create a much faster paced more fun gameplay.
2 - Reserved Slots
Everyone hates seeing 40/40, everyone hates the lag. A way to fix it? Reduce the max player count to 30/35 and add 10/5 reserved slots. These slots will cost green coins and encourage donations which will also better the server in terms of lag. The reserved slots should only last 1 week and should cost roughly 3000 GC. This way the server makes 30/15 euros per week which could go towards increasing the performance once again. Lower player count = less lag. More money = less lag. What honestly could be the downside except for some impatient people who can't wait 10 minutes or so to get on?

All the little kids gonna pay for the slots all real guys stuck with only 30 slots ..

I've tweaked a Factions setting, and now players who relog won't be able to hurt anyone for 10 seconds after they joined. So rejoining shouldn't give a damage advantage to anyone any more.
But will they be able to receive damage?
probably not for the first few seconds but after all it doesn't matter they can't hit you till you can hit them ..

hello everyone
i have been walking around in the nether and also have found the netherfortress but someone has destroyed the spawner in the nether so now nobody can get the blaze rod which means that nobody can build a brewingstand. is there a way to restore this or can we just get a blaze rod to start brewing potions?
Seems like there has been a dick ..
anyway giving away free blazerods is impossible, buying them however from other factions is possible.
We got atm 4 brewingstands and I'm almost sure we can miss one. If you make a good offer we might sell it to you

That happened like 2 months ago and still doesnt work. Re-starting pc was done many times for all this process.
I had the exact same problem together with my pc bluescreening and a lot of office crashes ..
in the end my ram appeared to be broken.
after i inserted a new ram my pc was fine

It's a glitch of some sort. Don't believe he has client mods installed just yet.
Could u please put a ban of 1 month on all these glitches ? the entire community is sick of glitching on walls

Oh great! You counted 2 examples down and both describe the behaviour of players.
You know, it is obvious that MW3 hasn't improved its engine that much and we all know that, but
this poor list doesn't impress anyone. Map design and Weapons force the players to use stereotypical techniqeus
and I am sure that some people play the MP for fun with friends and not because of Killstreacks <.<
I'm fine when people call it MW2.5, but it kinda makes me angry that you really think you could use that as a valid argument
against Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. It's still something special for people who never touched a CoD game.

Start comparing the videos and actually listen to what they say in "what they've changed" vids.
The only thing they changed is;
some new sounds for the weapons (who cares after all? like everyone was complaining the sounds sucked ?!)
Better graphics .. (big improvement huh ?)
And some new weapons ..
And some new maps, which mostly look like other maps that have been in COD series before.
Oh yea don't forget the amazing number of 10 new guns !
