That application is based on Wine (a thing for Linux) and it can run native *.exe files on Android but for games it needs to be configured (that may be not easy). Check YouTube for more... I also found unofficial port of MTA SA on android, that based on mobile samp, i downloaded it from GitLab but couldn't launch.
