I am capable of porting over items from the current mod into 3.0 and getting us a piece of the ZS cake. I as well as you guys knows what makes Mr.Green special. I can get that feeling of gameplay quite easily I believe. But obviously there needs to be a chat with Ywa about what he wants to do about all of this.

DISCLAIMER I am going to be the black sheep in this topic I know Steins;Gate A Japanese anime series about time travel. A university physics student who runs a secret lab above a TV shop with his friends stumble across a method of time travel using a Microwave. As they develop this technology in secret they travel across different planes with great consequence! If you think anime is all about boobs and fan service you are very very wrong. This series is the most complex and mind blowing thing I have ever watched. So much I had to watch it twice while having my mind blown out of the confusion of following what was happening. I really really recommend you watch the first two episodes as if you only watch one you will just think its weird because of its apparent randomness. OF COURSE ITS IN ENGLISH!

Yes I agree its how I work now a days, a SVN was used. I think a link to a git and then a link to the test server. In which after a lot of testing will be put to the live server.

If the 3.0 update were to happen I would be keen to work on ZS again and start afresh per say. But if I was to there would obviously have to be some staff changes, rules and regulations about updates. After working for a software company for 3 months I can see how stupid and retarded and unprofessional this setup is.

Funny when I left zs we had a stable player cont again, people liked the gamemode I made, Pugh was just a pencil pusher who copy and pasted 3.0 code. I have lots of nice idea's for this. I could even do demonstrations on how you can get your gamemode to interact with maps you create Via Hammer editor using custom entities and triggers etc.. This is the sort of thing that will get more interest once there is content to show etc...

Hello you lovely bunch of pot smoking alcoholics! ^^ For some time I've had an idea, this is an idea which I really want to peruse. But I firstly want your feedback! So lets start from the top. I want to give something back to the Gmod community. I have had so much help and support with my coding and developing my idea's on how code should work and operate. So I want to do the same for others! I have created my first Garrysmod Base gamemode! aka a Skeleton gamemode. This is the very basics you need to create a Garrysmod gamemode. I want to create a forum text based tutorial series in which I will be developing idea's and code for you all to follow and learn from. This will give you the tools and the understanding to create something of your own! I know from experience trying to create a garrysmod gamemode with next to no knowledge of Lua can be difficult and time consuming. So this will be your kick starter! This will also allow for a great deal of others to come and give their idea's and swing on coding styles and showcase their creations! If this is to launch, it will become a proper sub section on the forums allowing for it be be maintainable and structured. I hope I can get some positive feedback and idea's on this! Cheers, Duby

I was meant to be an understudy and learn about how this MC system works, so it wouldn't be one person trying to run and manage it all. But times are busy and Real life has priority over the virtual one. So until a more suitable time arises, I expect this project to be put on the shelf.
