i think the code is on a github somewhere but if you want to make a zs ur better off using the new 3.0 stuff jetboom put up an just tweaking it till its a close clone

So as many of you are aware Nox is gone, and if youve seen the player count of zs servers it seems most players have completely dropped off the mode completely, i know HG is still active but it doesnt even appear in my browser atm. Im curious what those of you who still ghost the forums think is going to happen now all the code is out there and probably the most major server is gone. New types of zs so new players? or do you rekon its reached the end of its lifespan?
Personally i like to think we will see alot more variety and new players but i think i know that this is it as all the major reg on nox will prob not return now :/

Honestly expected this a lot sooner. It was a good run while it lasted and we all have our favourite moments but it makes sense to me. It was a major part of my teenage years and i wouldnt have it any other way.
I do ask if the zs subforum could be kept and locked as well as archived simply so i can come back in a few years time and reminisce, im sure afew others might like that too.

The decline in ZS players hasnt begun overnight and eventually none will remain. We are talking about a game that is more than 10 years old, it has had its days. Its a shame that most games nowadays dont work with dedicated servers, but with finding people and matching on skill. Noxiousnet has seen this aswell and people moved on. We will always have our memories of ZS

the reason mr green got in decline was partly due to the gmod 13 update screwing the game over and breaking half the modes. i dont recall nox sabotaging the server, we got ddosed afew times but that wasnt related.  Itd be hard to make it popular now because peopel expect a few things to be in zs now that wernt, moving through cading etc so you could make somthign popular again but it wouldnt be like the older versions of zs we played

so what with the release and stuff, i thought we could organise some meetup times on the server to play together and enjoy the changes that have been made, hopefully noobs should start joining etc and the server should pick up again, thoughts? i thought maybe we could organise one for this coming saturday or somthing

So ive designed a hud for ZS designed around the kf2 style of hud as the older zs was based on kf1 
 
I am also currently working on class icons which i hope will take over from the current pictures in the loadout menu

for this list id say being well known for being skilled and stuff should put you on the list, either that or simply very memorable players, ie psycho, pufu, that human jukebox whos name i forget (ironically), box as well

im well known on the server and play frequently, and i think putting since im on quite a bit having some power would help in situations with faggot cadebreakers and such
 
I dont really have much to say and i just think it would be a good idea since im a respected (by most not all) and i think people know im not the type to abuse the power. Its mainly the times we get repeat cadebreakers and griefers that i wish i was admin cus there isnt always one to hand.
 
so yea.... i think anything else from here on out would just be pointless brown nosing and similar stuff.

Atleast dont promise shit that cant be made true, everyone told me that they got promised a good update(not saying it whas you). That got me really mad like its fun to screw with peoples heads like that I lost my respect there for entire zs admin staff since they are admins I figured they would be up to date with the upcoming changes (appearntly not) and still letting someone say that stuff. Its disrespectful towards the players and makes the zs staff look like they have an attitude of who gives flying fuck. This topic isnt for me its for fellow zs players that want this to see the server change, I'm done with it.
