You guys know that he had problems before, I doubt that he's trolling... Yoshi, paranoia can happen from stress, tiredness, or just your mind playing tricks as in your subconsious playing tricks. If it's not one of the first 2 you should try getting a CAT-scan (I think it's the CAT one) or just try to figure out what it is trying to tell you. I doubt that the people really try to kill you =P From what I learned frpù the movies (lol) it's best to go to the end and see where it leads to.
