Yeah, Deluvas is right.The NPCs would be easier to kill, but don't force that on Human players. You want them to play this game, not rage quit. perhaps it would not be kill if its shot 1 time... perhaps like 3 shots to head would be critical.

why you are making it more ''teamplay'' mod... soon the only way to survive is to stick together or if humans are in 1 place they cannot be killed... THIS IS GOOD. perhaps other classes need something like turret for engineer. there is only 1 thing that pisses me off -> zombine. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SAW HUMAN KILLED ZOMBINE WITH PISTOL or any weapon. seriously zombines have too thick armor + their nades always make them suicide. so what ever happens you are going to take damage.

perhaps you should make reset spawnpoint... there is guy called little_riku trapped in our village. we don't let him out since he destroyed 2 wooden stuctures. also you should make it so that people can't put spawnpoint in enemy terroritory...
