Instead of stopping people from joining for 20 seconds if they had been in PvP combat the last 5 seconds before they left the server, it's now respectively 3 minutes and 10 seconds. MRSPEC 1 Quote

It's not a punishment, it's a savior. You can't record the combatlogging now in order to make further actions. You can't kill them once they relog, unless you want to wait 3 mins and 10 secs.Doesn't make sense. Quote
