I think you misunderstood, I don't mean "accepted into a group" as in people saying "You need to smoke before we become your 'friends' ", it's just that you get together with other smokers, you start discussing stuff and from there it's easier to get to know people. Smoking is just a social thing after all. Though it's actually really selfish towards people who don't smoke.

The only valid reason to smoke is because you get "accepted" into a group of people you share something (really common) with, and from there it's easier to get to know other people. The "smoking to relax" argument doens't make sense to me. If you're a soldier and you just returned from the battlefield, or if you're still in the battlefield and you have just a few minutes to smoke: Yes, it's a good way to relax (putting your attention on something else that doesn't depend on you). If you have time to discuss smoking on an internet forum, you're obviously not in a tight situation with just a few minutes to spare.

One of the versions is old/corrupted. You can solve it my removing the map and redownloading it from the server, though this might be annoying for you if you play on another server with this map (or the older/newer/uncorrupted version).

No. You should always be suspicious. I can't stress it enough: Whoever it is, you MUST check the link, check if the website is verified AND check if the website offers a secure connection BEFORE submitting your info. There are no excuses.

In that case, it's still in your Steam browser. If you don't trust it you can simply press "Home" to go to the real community login page.

Euhm V, Starting up steam= login; going into community tab=possible login; going into steam forums=login;... Steam forums use a different password. The only thing outside the Steam client that requires your Steam password is the community. And that one is clearly verified by VeriSign. Plus you can access it from the Steam client itself. That's not all, you even get a warning message not to give out your password. If you go to a Steam verified webpage, this doesn't show up. Unless ofcourse, you disabled it, but before you disable it you need to make sure you're capable of seeing through a hoax. The URL is obvious, the website not being verified is obvious etc.

That doesn't mean it can't leak onto torrents/usenet/rapidshare etc.
