Come on Zincoshine, there's no need to randomly insult someone. If you only came here to fetch the mapper, do so and leave.
-
I'm not much of a mapper, but I think a skybox is still the way to go, even if the players don't get to see it.
-
You need a skybox. And you need to make sure there are no leaks.

WHY do people keep thinking it's a turtle? It doesn't even look like one

Well this sure didn't turn out the way you wanted. Anyway, I'm going to level with you: In the beginning I thought you were a nice guy (good app, normal behaviour), and then you suddenly turn into this "grown up" with his head up his own ass.

Well i dont know what that kid did there. but he screwed up his post big time. changed it a few sec. later Correct, I edited it because I didn't want it to turn into a total flamewar, but I forgot a "]" to close my quote.

There's nothing to get, really. He's just pissed off for some reason and thinks he's right. Guess again.

Hacking is indeed a strong word, though "Pwned" doesn't really apply either, seeing how both sides are being dumb.

This proves me shouting at everyone about how they shouldn't be so stupid was a waste of time.

malé? à 36 year old malé. Judging by the uppercase "THE", he's posting from an iPod Touch/iPhone, so I think you can blame it on that.

Like Ywa said, a PS3 can be updated unlike most Blu-Ray players. This will allow users to update to new Blu-Ray features like 3D movies (if your TV supports it). Some Blu-Ray players don't have really good hardware (like the disc drive), but the PS3 does. So yes, a PS3 is definately the best Blu-Ray player you can get. Especially when you take in account that it also plays games.

Got tired of the landscapes and went for game wallpapers: Still looking for some nice Bad Company 2 wallpapers to add to the wallpaper rotation.

Never thought I'd say this, but I like EA for removing SecuROM. Tomorrow/the coming weekend I'll play BC2 some more. I hope my connection problems are gone.

Congratulations, old man

New picture. To do list: - Add textures - Add bumpmaps - Finish the models, mainly making them a bit more round instead of boxes

I have those too, let's start a club! -
I joined, saw EmRA in the chat, looked for him for 15 minutes and played around a bit. It's a pretty fun game, but not something you'd play often.

Servers will be going down for maintenance + hardware upgrades tomorrow, so I hope I'll finally be able to join servers. If this is indeed the case, feel free to invite me

Bump with content: Early stages of my new laptop model, based on my own laptop. It's going to be a bitch to texture.

I see this a lot on my way from school to home. Just 2 or even 1 kid smoking in a tunnel (for bicycles), scared of their parents seeing them smoke. I think you misunderstood, I don't mean "accepted into a group" as in people saying "You need to smoke before we become your 'friends' ", it's just that you get together with other smokers, you start discussing stuff and from there it's easier to get to know people. Smoking is just a social thing after all. Though it's actually really selfish towards people who don't smoke. Indeed it is a social thing. Also, my two best friends are smoking so kinda hard not to. Nearly everywhere I go to nowadays people are smoking. Most of my friends smoke, but I don't. Smoking "because everyone else does" is a sign of weakness, it shows you are incapable of making your own decisions without giving in to peer-pressure.

The only valid reason to smoke is because you get "accepted" into a group of people you share something (really common) with, and from there it's easier to get to know other people. The "smoking to relax" argument doens't make sense to me. If you're a soldier and you just returned from the battlefield, or if you're still in the battlefield and you have just a few minutes to smoke: Yes, it's a good way to relax (putting your attention on something else that doesn't depend on you). If you have time to discuss smoking on an internet forum, you're obviously not in a tight situation with just a few minutes to spare.
