Yeah, maybe some players are running on 1.5.9 already. But the server is still running 1.5.8 causing incompatibilities. The server will be updated to 1.5.9 soon, hopefully issues will be solved by then

We did test your map. Infernus excluded or something like that. 

In every checkpoint you change into an Infernus and instantly back in another car. Does this seem like a good map to you?

Once a player get enough packet losses the server will mark the as lagger also. So having an unstable ping and having packet loss will result in lagger mode.
