Louis Bartlett, 16 years old and 17 in about 5-6 months

3. Previous experience with communities and boards?
I've used a couple of other forums, not to the same extent as this one though. In real life I lead a youth council of about 20 people, the Charnwood Youth Council, we do tons in it and covers an area of about 160-170 thousand people, do fairly important stuff too! Server experience I have is mainly on MineCraft, i've hosted a few of my own servers, set them up for other people, was a main admin on a fairly popular server called ShatBricks till it was shut down and less important admin on other servers with people that were just really really bad hosts and needed help..
4. What do you do for a living? (eg. what's your job)
I work at a shop called Irish, its like a clothes shop, fairly high brand stuff. I also do design jobs (photoshop) for people but thats just an on off thing when people need something doing, like staff portraits, business cards, posters, things like that.
5. Go to school? If yes, studying what?
I'm taking A levels at college, studying Physics Maths Music and Music technology, i want to be a music technician when I'm older

My favourite games are CounterStrike:Source (and most valve games, im good at portal), TheElderScrolls, Minecraft, most zombie games and soon to be Guild Wars 2 pretty all round player, not too fussy and good at most things,
I love designing things, anything really, posters credit cards wallpapers gaming skins, so if anyone wants things doing just ask me and i'll give it a shot! Can be like a wallpaper or even something you actually need in real life like a poster for an event, I like helping out Maybe even a song!

HAVING DIAMOND ARMOUR DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING AT ALL UNLESS YOU CAN GET INTO SOMEONES BASE
Unless you want to start some kind of fashion parade and dazzle factions with your lovely shiny armour -that almost every faction has on the server- and THEN kill them.

Propjumping is a usefull skill therefore I say its ok

Oh Clavus it seems a bit unfair on the people who put loads of effort in to just drop the prize completely, why dont you just make it the original prize you had instead! (the €10 game and some green coins), that seems better fitting to the amount of people that entered

I spent nearly 6 FREAKING HOURS!! filling in a floor with dirt which nearly made me self harm.

Spamming is widely known on any server I have ever been on as a kickable offense. Repeated spamming is also commonly treated by being banned,
You were being racist (What would be wrong with the servers being ran by Germans? Which they're not)
You insult a very large amount of the L4G community, a lot of the people on this forum are 16 - 20, you mock them and treat them like children yet you are the one flaming on a gaming forum while people give you calm and well educated responses.
You give no evidence that you should be unbanned
You don't even acknowledge the reason you were banned,
You have posted this 4 times after each thread has been locked, which is further repeated spam. If I were admin I would ban you from the forums as well,

I think you're underestimating our intelligence.

Anyone could be an officer in this guild, you need simply apply when we upload the thread, and EACH CANDIDATE will be considered!
As for a release date, I heard somewhere late 2011/ early 2012. And to be honest, i'd prefer them to release it when it's done, not at the earliest possible time.

By the way, heres some plugin suggestions from my experience of hosting, ones that don't affect the game play in any way and just add convenience or gameplay value cause I know its mean to be a fairly vanilla server.
- SimpleSignEdit lets you edit signs by right clicking on them, saves having to knock them down to have to type it all out again if you make a mistake
- A VERY dumbed down version of CraftBook or similar. Things like bridges may be abused in some way but other parts of it like the gates and lifts could be really neat considering people make castles and such (would only really benefit people with castles
- ChopTree, lets you cut down trees like cacti, i.e. you destroy the lowest block and the rest fall down. This helps stop people leaving the top of trees and doesn't really change anything apart from saving a few seconds of chopping.
- lpmcnavigator, makes the compass much more useful for servers like this. When you right click a compass it sets its destination to the place you were looking, so people can go out to find other bases to raid or whatever then can guide other people to it instead of wandering around for hours or using the online map to get to people, which can be annoying to do. Then if you left click it returns the compass to pointing at your spawn
- SimpleAlias, lets you change peoples names in the chat. Is just nice to have for people that dont want to use their normal name (doesnt affect banning or anything)
- longdistancetorch, lets you place torches that are far away instead of being a block away from you, which again is useful for doing large bases.
