Before playing you should have played the arma 2 boot camp and watched a dayz tutorial. This game is known to be a military simulator. IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE FUN.

Let me tell you my recent experience:

All mid day me and zunz were cornering people at a base with 4 tents and a bike. we eventually both got killed, got 2 murders ftw though, after we respawned we found a guy directly running north so me and zunz sneakily followed them we found a begin base with AK kobra's and AKM, as well a mountain dew. We waited until these guys left and looted it. We then went their direction, found other tents, looted their supplies until we got shot at and we, as the filthy people we are, we aborted. And server hopped into their camp. Result: Zunz dead by a silent bizon sd and me throwing grenades everywhere. Then I left to their main base where we died before, looted DMR, M4 SD and l85! Was happy and was going more north until I saw this:

Couldn't loot it, so I thought it was buggy, still ran north.

Even further north....

Then I got shot by a AS50 or DMR.

Right so I spawned near otmel, suicided, spawned at kamyshovo next to Otmel -.-, but what was that? I heard a car! So I went to the road

and my suspicions came true:

"A Ural!"

"Can I hijack it? Can I evade it?"

But what, I suddenly heard a faint voice and the Ural stopped, I had nothing to lose and I tried to communicate:

I thought he was yelling but I heard it faint since I had my audio wrong, so I explained.

They were good people, they asked me where I wanted to be dropped off, so I answered:

As I went into the gear of the truck, I saw hatchet and an AK with no mags, but I was unsure with what force I was dealing, So I kept still and waited.

We were approaching solichny.

Suddenly they stopped, I asked why, they said, they were picking up a friend:

Suddenly he ejects and this happens:

Their faces:

"Is that you, redneck randy!?"

"Oh this guy looks like a buzz."

Right after that, they asked if I could help looting the factory at solichny/berezino, so they can repair the ural, I said sure and repaired their engine and front left wheel. Meanwhile minky was like FFF y u no kill!

Afterwards they were like, "so where do you want to be dropped off exactly, if you want, we can provide sniper support"

With this, I thought of a glorious plan.

Why won't I raid together with these guys to those tents?

I told them everything, added them on skype, talked with them it over, earned their trust and we were on our way!

We went through cherno and elektro unharmed. Met a noob at Pustovo but he was frightened by three big men.

We went north, we found a bicycle at the barns north of zelenogorsk, checked spawnlocations of trucks and eventually we parked the truck and got ready to loot.

Chain(sniper and driver and redneck randy) was covering us as we looted the tents and got an as50, m4cco sd, m107 and l85 outta of it.

Since it is so late, chain went to bed. So we were without cover and shit.

Then Toby(Buzz) was like, lets drive the ural to the camp and do it faster, I was like no man, too dangerous, but then thought, if they shoot and destroyed Ural they would lose TOO MUCH! so we did it, with succes.

A rainbow shined.

And a new friendship was born. Added them on steam and skype. will play with them 2morrow.

Ural is gone, ffff 20 rare weapons GONE!

still got a m107 and m4 sd from it so im fine.

Looks like they closed NL 13.

Yesterday we with Minky and Terminator were on US 1334 (perfect server, usually empty and not laggy at all; good for playing at as on a night time server or daytime when it's evening if you live in Europe). The server is not laggy at all. Only rare 1 sec lagspikes happen. Advice to everyone to play it. We didn't find a car there yet though.

EDIT: I thought NL 13 closed their server btw. They shouldn't just kick the heck out all the players imo.
