I would thank you all players which came on my event . I hope all players have fun with these maps, It was my fifth edition of this event which organized on mrgreen and in my opinion these five editions were big success, I am very happy that you and my team like events organized by me  
Sandro writed to me after PP Meeting about prize for the event and told me, he could give prize for winners but I dont have contact to him on discord and if something change etc. then I try pay prize from my pocket . GC prize is same as on last meeting 😉

Little something about your self and why you think you're fit to be admin: I  have been with Mr Green for around 8 years. I spend almost  8-10 hours  every day  on the servers, sometimes AFK but I check it through discord  and if I cannot do anything I talk to online  moderators/admins  to take action. I play every day  and  I’m trying my best to keep the balance of both servers  by punishing  insulters and many rulebreakers.  In this Pandemic situation  that everything is closed, I have more time to spend in this server by monitoring my activity 24/7 . This means that I can help in doing  the occasional server admin things, you know mutting spammers , banning cheaters etc. I know  how all that works and in the past  I have shown  that I used  those powers only when needed. I usually play more during night time , when most of admins are  away and  there are some times when new players join and don't know how to register + there are those naughty players who change their name to insult the others and mute command  can't do anything  for them.

P.S. -GK doesn't make you a bad person

Once a player get enough packet losses the server will mark the as lagger also. So having an unstable ping and having packet loss will result in lagger mode. 

I'm sorry but you got it all wrong and don't understand what lagger is , its not about how high the ping is, it's more about the connection quality/stability. Now i don't want to sound racist but I have seen countless Turkish players with ping like 60-70 and they were extremely lagged with same stuff u described like getting very delayed rocket kill, or getting fucked out of the road in NTS/Race if i do only as much as touch them.
I have had way better experience with most South Americans with 250 ping than with Turks with 60 ping, and not only in MTA but in other multiplayer games i played turkish players were the biggest laggers with the shittiest and most unstable connection. Of course same goes to south americans, they can have low quality internet as well as turks can have better quality internet but it doesn't depend solely on their ping/server distance. 
So your complaining about laggers as well as your sugestion about reducing the allowed ping limit is completely pointless and it wouldn't fix the issue with turkish players lagging with low ping.
