It actually used to be my undercover name (as admin) in some shooting game server (magnoon.eu)
Then I liked that name more then my previous (avaritia) and I decided to keep it.
and it's funny how english people pronounce it

Well, since this technically isn't an application as it's in the wrong section with the wrong format, I am free to speak my mind.
Who the hell do you think you are? I don't mean to get up in arms, but you over-indulged arrogance flows from your post so freely it's disgusting. I probably feel this way because of your comment on how the administrators chosen for the server are between 8 and 15. Do you actually know any of the admins? Have you met them? Do you even know how many there actually are? And are you even aware that this server is actually a faction wars server but is in a competition due to nobody wanting to wait with a stagnant map for the next update?
You're new here, you even said so yourself. So even requesting administrator when you've spent so little time on the server is self-righteous!
Furthermore, I find it unlikely that you're 31. It's not impossible, of course. But I've never met a Minecraft player older than 24, and I've been playing since a week after alpha's release.
And to continue though this is entering the realm of nitpicking, your post structure is horrible. Sentences are constantly cut off at random intervals and placed onto the line below.
And how, may I ask, does one spawn kill in a game where everyone is in creative mode?
The reason I'm so upset is because I know Mr. Green admins. They're not just some push-overs who got accepted on a snap decision. Each one is selected after months of consideration. Getting admin on this server is a huge privilege and responsibility. And for you to dare call any of the hard-working admins here irresponsible, abusive, and immature is almost unthinkable to me.

Ok, done waiting for Minecraft 1.3. Starting later today, until Minecraft 1.3 is released until July 6th, 23:59 (GMT+1), the Minecraft server will run the Mr. Green Minecraft Olympics Build Contest!
The map will be reset once the contest starts. Factions will be altered to accommodate building teams (no power loss, 10 power per player, no building outside faction area, max 100 power per faction, Creative Mode for everyone).

GOAL
The goal? Build an arena / playground / field where players can go 1 on 1, 1 vs a team, or team vs team in a specific game (doesn't have to be symmetrical). For example, a Spleef Arena, or PvP battle ground (Sky arenas? Underground lava temple?), or ender pearl throwing match, or a redstone puzzle room. You can make up whatever game you want, as long as you clearly define the play rules and you can demonstrate it. You can make multiple arenas / playgrounds for the same game, but it'll be judged as a single entry.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
You can only participate as part of a faction. Just create or join a faction, claim some land (you need at least 3 players in a faction to claim land!), and you're good to go.
Once you've finished a structure you can submit it in this topic.

JUDGING
Judging is done by me. I will base my choices on 1) effort that went into the structure, 2) how much fun the game is.
PRIZES
1st place: 10.000 Green-Coins (total, not per member) and permanent reserved slots for all faction members.
2nd place: 5000 Green-Coins
3rd place: 2500 Green-Coins
All winning entries will be immortalized in our WorlEdit template folder and might be used for future events.
RULES
Ruining the server using your newfound Creative Mode powers will get you banned real quick.

Could the price be lowered a bit? Seems a bit much for what it is... Most people, such as myself, would never even get 1500GC before spending it on maps, so I doubt very many will buy it once they get enough GC.

I might change some things dependant on how well it works (CP distance, extend race)

IMO griefing normally is fine, its part of the game, its just a sign that you've not done a very good job of making your fortress. If people are doing that shit though then something seriously needs to be done
And I hate to be the person to keep ringing the same old bells but the server NEEDS more admins. I understand that Clavus thinks that with the Xray plugin its cut out the need for more admins anyway, but thats not really true on a server like this: which is obvious from what people are saying.
I'm not willing to apply for admin anymore, but one of you guys should. At the very LEAST hire some bloody moderators with restricted privileges instead of admins because the server its kinda run retardedly.

Honestly, that looks rather boring to me. Minecraft battles always start out slow, waiting for the guy in front to make the first move. Then the battle starts. But it's the tension that builds up before one of you snaps and makes the rush which makes minecraft PvP servers so interesting.

Maybe it's possible to disable /f home for like 5seconds after logging in, that will atleast make them require some more effort to get there stuff back
Best would be killing the player before logout but if no plugins work to bad

Lets say some enemy attacks blackbird and combatlogs near our base
this enemy can just wait till all enemies are 32 blocks away, login and tick /f home fast
then he will be home before the plugin kills him, making him get his stuff back without even having to walk back to our base.
If simply /f home can't be used for a longer duration then it takes the plugin to kill the players it makes it a little harder to preserve there gear all the time. (I don't know if this is possible trough)

In the current faction setup whenever someone wants to protect their base from TNT attacks all they have to do is log off. If someone is raiding and builds a cannon the defending faction can easily log off and protect their base within the current system. This makes Minecraft PVP Imbalanced and is really just another form of PVP logging.
But there are ways around the previously stated method. It would dramatically increase the level of player-vs-player interactions on this server if a specific time frame is selected right when someone logs off. What this means is that whenever someone logs off, anyone else could still blow up TNT on someones land for X amount of minutes. The previous server I was part of set this time-frame to 15 minutes. This allowed others to continue their raiding of a base regardless of whether someone logs off. However it still provided a form of protection for those who were logged off, for their territory was still protected after 15 minutes. If such a system could be added it would definitely add to the level of competition on this server and it would prevent this other form of "PVP" logging.
